ChinaWin works with manufacturers. We believe that if a management improvement leaves no trace in the financial statements, it was an expensive training session.
Founded in 2006, ChinaWin Management & Technology Co., Ltd advises manufacturers on lean operations and performance improvement. Our work runs along two lines:
One is lean operations and foundation management — 6S and visual management, team building, TPM equipment management, standardised work and total quality management. The other is results-oriented consulting — performance-based consulting, integrated supply chain, and organisation and talent. The two support each other: a stable shop floor is what lets business metrics hold.
We would rather be called a partner than an adviser. Consultants on site, managers developed as we work, and an improvement system that stays inside the company — that is where our engagement ends.

Our team
Nearly one hundred consultants, most of whom came from production, quality, engineering and supply-chain roles in manufacturing. Teams are grouped by industry and discipline, and project teams are formed around each client's actual situation rather than a fixed roster.
Coverage
Our clients are spread across 33 provinces and municipalities in China, and we have delivery experience on overseas projects. Industries include pharma and food, packaging and printing, process industries, petrochemical, steel and non-ferrous, ports and conveying, beverage and dairy, and chip and 3C.
